Terms

These terms set out the rules for purchases made through lekasuroistzaphaeq.com. Contact: hello@lekasuroistzaphaeq.com.

1. Orders and Payments

An order is accepted after valid information is provided and payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in PLN and include applicable taxes.

2. Delivery

Available methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed before checkout. We provide a tracking number after dispatch.

3. Receipt and Inspection

After receiving a parcel, we recommend checking the packaging and products. Ceramic and glass decorations should be unpacked carefully on a stable surface.

4. Returns

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 30 days. The product should be complete and show no signs of use beyond a normal inspection.

5. Damage

Damage caused during transit should be reported as soon as possible with the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

6. Complaints
